  لندن کے نائن ایلمز بزنس ڈسٹرکٹ میں دو عمارتوں کے درمیان ’آسمانی سوئمنگ پُول ‘ تیار کیا گیا ہے۔ ’اسکائی پول‘ نام کا یہ سوئمنگ پول خاص طرح کے مضبوط اور شفاف پلاسٹک سے تیار کیا گیا ہے۔ سوئمنگ پول کی لمبائی 82 فٹ ہے جبکہ اس میں ایک لاکھ 48 ہزار گیلن پانی کی گنجائش ہے۔ اسکائی پول کی شفاف دیواروں اور فرش کو پہلے امریکی ریاست کولوراڈو کے ایک کارخانے میں بڑے بڑے ٹکڑوں کی شکل میں تیار کیا گیا، جنہیں بعد ازاں ہزاروں میل دور پہنچانے کے بعد، پوری احتیاط سے اس طرح جوڑا گیا کہ آسمانی سوئمنگ پول بن گیا۔
